I just had a quick little question and they was already getting back to me fast. Super easy to talk to, and there wasn’t any runaround or confusing back and forth. I really appreciated how quick and simple it all was.

It did show up later than I was expecting, which was kind of annoying because I kept checking for it, but once it arrived everything was totally fine. The package wasn’t damaged or anything, so no real complaints there. Just wish the shipping had been a bit quicker...

I got my Keenz put together fast, which I was not really expecting. The instructions actually made sense, and all the parts were in there, so that was good. It took me maybe around 20 minutes or so, and it wasn’t a big headache like these things sometimes are.

My little one seems really comfy in this, the straps feel secure and easy to adjust. I do wish it folded up a little more smoothly, but overall I’m really happy with it...

I’ve been happy with the storage on this. It actually fits more than I thought it would, which has been nice for trips or just being out all day. The extra pockets are handy too, so I’m not always digging around for small stuff.

The only thing is it can get a little bulky when it’s packed full, and trying to grab something from the bottom can be kinda annoying sometimes. Overall it’s practical and useful, just not always the easiest to deal with.

I’ve been using the Keenz wagon for regular outings, and overall it has this solid, dependable feel that I do like. On flat sidewalks or inside stores, it rolls smoothly enough and feels stable with the kids in it, so there’s definitely something about it that feels right.
But when it comes to turning in tighter spots, I don’t know, it just starts to feel more difficult than I expected. In narrow aisles or on uneven paths, it can feel heavy and kind of awkward, especially with one hand. I don’t hate it at all, but I had a strong feeling it would be easier to handle than it is.

I’ve had the keenz wagon for a bit now, I think a few weeks, though it feels like I just got it? Either way, it does fold down easily and I can get it into my trunk without too much struggle. The thing is, it’s still heavier than I expected, so carrying it around isn’t exactly fun. It works fine overall, I just thought it would be a little easier to haul around than it is.

The return part was okay and they did end up helping me eventually, but the warranty replies were slow. I had been counting on getting it sorted sooner, so it kind of threw off my plans and got frustrating waiting around...

I was actually pleased with what I got for the price. The quality feels good, and it didn’t seem like I was paying more than I should, which is always a plus. It does exactly what I needed it to do and feels sturdy enough so far. Shipping was fine, nothing amazing but no real issues either. Overall, I’d say keenz.us was worth it for me, and I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again.

It’s decent overall and works fine for what I need, but after using it for a bit, some parts do feel kind of weak. There’s just something about it that makes me think it might not hold up as long as I hoped. Not bad for the price, though
